Terry Davis Benefit Fund

Hi my name is Deborah Oakes.  My brother, Terry Davis who is 56 years old, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder a few days before Christmas.  The cancer has metastasized to his liver and surrounding lymph nodes.  Since then, he has been admitted to the hospital several times.  He went to John Hopkins for a surgical intervention, but was unsuccessful.  He is taking chemo treatments at Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown.  Due to his illness, he has not been able to return to work.  His wife, Lesa, was laid off from her job after Christmas and has been by his side since. 

He is my younger brother and I'm really close to him.  I cannot see a life without him in it.  I'm praying that I will have a chance to go for a ride with him on our Harley's this summer. He's talking about selling his bike because he doesn't have enough money coming in to cover his regular household expenses.  

I am asking for your support to help with his monthly bills, as well as his extra medical expenses (i.e, medical bills, medications, treatments, travel, etc.).  He has to receive 16 injections at $400+ a pop, which his health insurance will not cover.  He should not have to worry about these things, when he needs to be able to keep up his strength and focus on getting better.  I would hate to see him lose his Harley or his home due to this horrible disease. 

So, please, if you can help eliminate a few of his bills, I would be so greatful for your support.
