Stand with Samantha in Her Time of Need

Hi, my name is Samantha West Roberson and I'm a victim of domestic violence. The guy threw me off a bridge trying to kill me. I'm lucky that I survived. I have 11 fractures, they had to put 2 rods in my pelvic to keep it together with my hips and I have 3 fractures in my spine which I have to wear the brace in the picture for like 6 weeks and I currently can't work right now. Please if you can help me then please help me. I have a car payment and car insurance and phone bill that I have to continue to pay for even though I can't work at the moment. It was all over the news and everything.
