Frank Cane passed suddenly on the 29th of July, Saturday.

He leaves his wife and child without stability.

There is immigration bureaucracy over Frank's child's birth certificate since the birth of the child.

Frank is an American, and a Marine Combat Veteran.

Frank's child has an American father though the laws, regulations and customs set in place of that country DO NOT allow children born from foreigners to emigrate because of the indeterminable length of time to acquire the birth certificate.

Another dauntless endeavor is the immigration COST to America.

Even though Frank is gone, and if an emergency VISA is granted only Frank's wife would be able to come to America without the child until the birth certificate is attained.

The wife and the child will not be separated, so they will not be attending the funeral and continue to stay isolated from their new family in America...they have never asked for anything from us. Now they need us more than ever.

The end goal is to have Frank's wife and their child in America surrounded by us, their family, and to afford this transition reasonably.

It may be a few years until this goal is completed because of the aforementioned bureaucracy.

There are immediate expenses that will be addressed in steps.
