Grandmother raising grandkids

Hey, we are trying to help one of our wonderful coworkers out. She is now having to raise he 3 young grandkids, as well as an older teenage grandchild. She is having to do this all by herself. Her husband passed away unexpectedly 12 years ago, and she thought that life was finally getting back to her new "normal"', when she has to become the sole caregiver to her grandchildren. With all of the new unexpected cost of 4 more mouths to feed, she is now struggling to make ends meet. We are wanting to help her out so that she does not have to go and get a second job, because she is really needing to be able to be home with the grandkids and continue helping them transition, and have some normalcy.
