This is the Zatar family. They are some of the kindest people you could hope to meet. They are more likely to ask you how you're doing than to tell you about all of the issues that they are facing right now. Things have become quite desparate and they are asking for your help. 
Jehad is their 6 year old who has Chronic pulmonary insufficiency, Pulmonary Hypertension and Pulmorastenosis plus has just been diagnosed with servere Asthma. He requires a tracheostomy to breath, tube feedings, multiple therapies, and is not independently mobile. Because of the current living situation (mold issues and old carpeting in their apartment) his health condition has worsened to the point that they have been advised to call Pediflight rather than 911 if he is in respiratory distress.
Yousef is the older son who deals with some behavioral issues and has, within the last year, started having severe siezures requiring special educational settings as well as some serious medications. Even with the treatment, Yousef is still having siezures and requiring hospitalization.
Naser is the father who worked full time to support his family until a sinus surgery last year which developed into major liver failure and GI issues. These complications caused him to not to be able to work and
also require expensive medications and hospitalizations. All of this has been being paid for out of pocket because Naser hasn't been able to work and therefore there was no insurance. The family had to move from Memphis to Florida where Naser's medical care would be covered.
Cindy is the sweet mama. She spends all of her time caring for all three of her men (both small and large) to the best of her ability. Fighting insurance claims, managing medical histories and medications. In Memphis she had full time nursing care to help with Jehad. In Florida she has no relief.
This sweet family is doing the best that they can with the situation they are in, but their current living conditions are making Jehad more sick and the doctors have advised them to move as soon as possible.
