The NCS community and NCS Black Student Union is raising money to support the Black Lives Matter movement with a Fundraiser for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. The NCS community is horrified by the recent killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, and stands strong with all those who have been impacted by racial injustice in this country.
The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund is America's legal counsel on issues of race. Through advocacy and litigation, LDF pursues racial justice to move our nation toward a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans.
