Help Tiffany Stark Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Hi, from the family members of Tiffany Stark (Alden). As many of you may or may not know, Tiffany was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer on February 16, 2022.
Many of you already know Tiffany very well, but we would like to include a little more about the incredible woman that has endured so much in life already, especially in the months since her treatment began.
Tiffany started her family as a young mother of Tyler who is now 21. Over the years she managed to provide for and support Tyler while working full-time, purchasing a townhouse in Milaca, and putting herself through school to complete her master's degree in business administration. The best way I can describe Tiffany is extremely driven, and able to handle anything life throws at her with grace and resilience.
Tiffany met Larry and his son, Syxten, the summer of 2014. As shocked as we all were, our girly-girl ‘Princess’ Tiffany was now dating a farmer, which she swore would never happen! (It is still a running joke at family gatherings) During this time, we watched Tyler grow into the kind, hardworking young man that Larry has adopted, and Tiffany formed a special bond with Syxten as they became a family. But we’re not done yet.
Tiffany and Larry married on New Year’s Eve of 2016, and purchased a beautiful home outside of Milaca in August 2017. They welcomed their son, Ryland, in the Summer of 2018, and their daughter, Vyolette, on the 4th of July of 2021. Even through COVID, Tiffany found it more rewarding to switch to working from home to spend more time with her growing family. I’ve never seen Tiffany happier or more fulfilled and was elated to see her fairy tale unfold.
Life has been nonstop for Tiffany and Larry both working full time, Larry farming after work, having a very busy toddler, and a new beautiful baby girl at home. Through all this Tiffany has been a loving mother, daughter, sister, friend, coworker, supportive aunt, and there for everyone around her.
Just after Tiffany’s 38th birthday, she found a lump in her breast that at the time did not seem overly concerning since she was still breastfeeding. Thankfully, she went in right away, but it did end up being positive for cancer. She was diagnosed with stage 2a, grade 3, triple negative breast cancer, which is a very fast and aggressive cancer. She has a very aggressive treatment plan from her team of oncologists and completed her last chemotherapy treatment on June 2nd. She does have an MRI coming up soon to determine when she can have a lumpectomy surgery followed by radiation and hormone therapy. If the MRI is clear, the surgery will be scheduled. If there is still cancer present, there will be more chemotherapy to undergo, and then the lumpectomy surgery will follow along with the rest of the treatment plan.
Over the last few months, however, things have started to take a toll on the family. Between medical bills coming in, babysitters, doctors appointments, travel time, lost wages for Tiffany while carrying the family's medical insurance, caring for two young children all week, plus the older two children being home on the weekends, the physical and emotional strain, and many more factors, this family needs and is truly deserving of any help that we can give them. The medical bills alone are SHOCKING, and honestly disturbing for anyone receiving cancer treatment. Plus gas prices are INSANE right now. I hope we can rally around this family during this challenging time, and not only hit our goal but exceed it to show them all the support that they have!!!
All of her updates will be posted here as she continues battling her journey with all the love and support of her family and friends. She is the strongest and most dedicated woman and mother I have ever met. She WILL beat this, but right now she needs our help.
Please feel free to share this with others to help Tiffany and her family during this devastating time. Any donation no matter how big or small will be appreciated!!!
