HEART ATTACK

Hi, my name is John Giese and I am fundraising for money to get through the next couple of months. I’ve had a heart attack and I’ve had catheterization with laser to clean up. The blockage in my heart, but it isn’t working. I have 15 stents and a week ago I ended up in the hospital with 95% blockage. The doctor was able to clean me out to 50% but I have to have a procedure done in Cincinnati Ohio at the University of Cincinnati hospital they’re going to go in with a catheterization and spray radiation in my stance and clean up scar tissue, I work at Toyota and I am going to be on short term disability which is 60% of your pay and I won’t get that till they don’t pay me for one week my wife is stressed. She’s unable to work she’s on disability we want to be able to pay our bills. So we need a little help. Anything you can do would be wonderful I am 60 years old. Thank you. The money will be used for our trip to Cincinnati hotel for my wife gas for going up their incidentals bills that won’t be paid for with short term disability. Medical bills that won’t be paid for.
