Fundraiser for the family of HENRY DICKERSON

Steve Lickliter, Tom Neal and Dale Angle were teammates and friends of Henry Dickerson for more than half a century. During Henry’s year in hospice, a commitment was made to assist the Dickerson family at the appropriate time. That time is now.

Henry Dickerson was a selfless person who always answered the call when others needed help. Now is the time for his friends to pay Henry’s generosity forward. Numerous times over the last few years of Henry’s life, a few close friends visited with him. Those visits ended in August with his passing. On each of these visits, Henry never expressed concern for the untreatable medical condition he was facing. He consistently focused on his wife Deborah and sons Brian and Brandon and how they would fare after he was gone. With that thought in mind, we want to help Deborah and the Dickerson family as they face challenging times ahead without Henry. Thus we have created this campaign to help the Dickerson family during this difficult transition.

It would be important to know that Deborah cannot work because she is the full-time caregiver for their special needs son Brandon. He will require 24/7/365 care for the rest of his life. Deborah’s income has been greatly reduced due to Henry’s passing at a time when she’s facing Henry’s medical expenses that accumulated over the past two years along with his funeral expenses.
