Hi, my name is Adam I’m fundraising for my dad Adam Sr. He was hospitalized November of 2022 and January of 2023 for heart failure. He didn’t have insurance and is now bombarded with numerous hospital bills. He has dementia, diabetes, and requires a lot of help to function daily.
