help Cade and his family through hard times

Dear friends and supporters,

We urgently need your help for my littler brother and best friend, Cade. At just 21 years old, he's facing an unimaginable health crisis that has turned his world upside down.

Cade resides with me (his sister Tatum) and the rest of our family Boulder and was recently hit by a series of sudden and severe health challenges. It all began with a broken foot, but that seemingly straightforward injury took a terrifying turn. He ended up developing pneumonia, which later progressed to sepsis, a life-threatening condition. The sepsis led to heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease, and he even needed to be intubated to help him breathe. Fortunately, he is now breathing on his own, but his journey to recovery is far from over.

Cade's medical condition has left him unable to work, and we are doing everything we can to support him, including taking time off work to be by his side during this critical time. Cade is still in the ICU and going forward he will need extensive rehabilitation, both physically and mentally, to regain his health and independence. We're reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone who can lend a helping hand to alleviate the financial burden that this unexpected medical crisis has placed on Cade, his mother Marian, his sister Emma and and his other sister (me) Tatum.
