Cade Reddington Memorial Bench
Donation protected
Hi - I’m Cade Reddington’s mom. Cade tragically left this earth on 11.4.21 from being poisoned by a fake Percocet pill that turned out to be 100% fentanyl. I always told my boys that when I died I wanted a memorial bench in a beautiful location. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be looking for a bench location for one of my boys. Two of the many things Cade loved were skateboarding and watching sunsets and we found the perfect spot for a bench at Warner Park Beach, where he would often skateboard and then go to Governor’s island to watch sunsets. The bench location looks out at Governor’s Island and the sunset. I know Cade would love this spot! The bench is $4000 to Madison Parks Foundation. Ross (Cade’s brother) and I wanted to open up the last $1500 needed to a fundraiser for anyone who would like to feel a part of the bench and have a sense of ownership of helping to make it happen
We’d love for you to think of going to McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A with Cade and buying him lunch and donating that amount.
Thank you for loving Cade, telling his story to help save lives and being a part of his memorial bench. We hope once it’s installed, you will go there at Sunset and take in the beauty of the lake and sky and know that Cade is smiling at you from heaven as you think of him and the beautiful memories you created together.
With love and gratitude,
Michelle
