Caden Jay Cozort Memorial Fund

Lauren and Harry Cozort recently learned that they are losing their unborn son Caden Jay Cozort. He was diagnosed with LUTO while still in utero. Lauren and Harry fought for his life with many appointments, travel and painful medical procedures.

Lauren and Harry will lose a son. Kaylee and Kace will lose a baby brother. Our family will lose a grandson, great grandson, nephew and cousin.

Their families are asking for donations to help with the costs of cremation and funeral expenses, lost wages from time off work and all medical expenses due to Lauren's insurance refusing to cover the procedure.

Any additional funds received will be donated to CHOP to recognize the professional and compassionate care they received.
