Caedon's medical & recovery fund
Donation protected
On September 3, 2017, my grandson, Caedon (age 4), was in an automobile accident while travelling with a babysitter. He was flown to John Hopkins Medical Center for advanced medical treatment. He suffers from a confirmed concussion, significant swelling and bruising, and facial fractures. He was admitted for observation, evaluation and pain management. Thankfully he was discharged on September 5, but unfortunately he, and my daughter Kayla, face a long road of recovery. Once the swelling subsides, a surgical team will evaluate Caedon for potential surgery to correct facial fractures. He may also have to see a specialist for trauma to his right eye. Currently Kayla faces a minimum of 2 weeks (potentially up to a month) of around-the-clock care to support Caedon's restrictions, to include continued trips to medical appointments in Baltimore.
As medical and transportation expenses are incurred and my daughter has to be away from work, I ask for your support, no matter the amount, to help alleviate some of the worry and financial burden. I also make a request for prayers for both Caedon and Kayla.
