Jack - Caerphilly 2k #TeamTwyn

Hi my name is Jack and I will be running the Caerphilly 2k as part of Team Twyn for some much needed new playground equipment, picture of current attached.

Now as most of you know I have Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome meaning some days I can hardly walk and some times I have to use a wheelchair so this is a huge deal for me but I am determined to participate along with my fellow school friends - details of this condition also attached to give you a little insight of my daily struggles.
