CAFÉ MÈRE-GRAND, le café familial du Vieux Montréal

Barbara et Romain sont un couple de restaurateurs avec deux jeunes enfants, qui ont tenté l’expérience de créer leur propre entreprise.

 

Il y a 3 ans leur histoire a débuté avec l’ouverture de Chez mère-grand café .

Depuis maintenant deux ans, ils font face à la crise sanitaire qui nous touche tous, et ont réussi à survivre en se battant et en se réinventant, tout en gardant un esprit positif malgré toutes les épreuves.

 

Aujourd’hui, Chez Mère-Grand Café est À NOUVEAU victime de vandalisme, sans mentionner les menaces anonymes à répétition!  Cela doit s’arrêter!

 

Cette initiative a pour objectif de donner un coup de main à ce magnifique et chaleureux café de quartier, et surtout à aider Romain et Barbara à se relever à nouveau. Les vitres brisées sont coûteuses et prennent du temps à être livrées, sans mentionner les dégâts et la fermeture du Café selon les travaux.

Barbara and Romain are a restaurant owner couple with two young children, who have embarked on a journey to create their own business.

 

Three years ago, their story began with the opening of Chez mère-grand café.

Over the past two years, they have coped with the health crisis that affects us all, and have managed to survive by fighting and reinventing themselves, always keeping a positive attitude despite all the hardships.

 

Today, Chez Mère-Grand Café is once again the target of vandalism, not to mention repeated anonymous threats!  This has to stop!

 

This initiative seeks to lend a hand to this beautiful and warm neighbourhood café, and especially to help Romain and Barbara get back on their feet. Broken windows are expensive and take a long time to be delivered, not to mention the damage and the closing of the Café while the repairs are being done.
