Cafe Brazil Denver Employee Relief
Donation protected
Dear Dining Public and friends of Cafe Brazil, we are now entering our fifth week of The restaurant shut down. Denver's restaurants are still struggling to survive through the course of this epidemic. The covid-19 public health crisis has affected us all. Your favorite restaurants, bars, and the hospitality industry in general have been particularly hard hit. In Denver, and our state Mayor Hancock and Governor Polis have ordered necessary closures of all restaurants and bars with no current reopening date in sight as a necessary measure. Throughout the nation, the restaurant people who serve you, welcome you and cook for you, have little assistance and resources to recover from this event. Small independents like Cafe Brazil are particularly vulnerable and we can not survive these challenging times alone. Cafe Brazil has been a part of the Denver restaurant community for almost 30 years, and have given freely and supported many non profits and requests for aid during our tenure. Our greatest hope is to work through this crisis and at the end of the day be here for you to enjoy a wonderful meal . Your kind donations are going directly to a collective fund that will be divided among all employees of Cafe Brazil, including kitchen staff, managers, servers and administrative assistants. We are currently working hard and diligently and we are offering a wonderful Curbside menu and gift cards so you have a variety of ways to provide much needed-support to our staff and to our business. Our Curbside menu and gift cards are available through our website. Facebook postings have updates as well. We love our people and they love what they do, we are hopeful and we are sure that working together we will soon be able to reactivate our city’s and nation’s economy. In the meantime, please stay safe and keep supporting local businesses. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to the time where we can save a seat for you at Café Brazil. Best Wishes Tony, Marla, Mauricio and the staff of Cafe Brazil
