CafeLA Strong! Rally for Food Service Staff hit by Wildfires

Our Colleagues from LA Unified School District are in the middle of the battle to continue the work of feeding students and responding to the many emergencies facing the staff of the food services division. A number of staff have lost not only their school building but their own homes. Let's send a message to the Food Service Staff of the LA Unified School District that we see them and want to help.

The devastation is beyond imaginable.

They have been in emergency mode, so they haven't had time to fully process everything yet.

Your donation will go directly to the staff who have lost their housing. We will divide the donations and provide them with gift cards to purchase essentials while they navigate the next steps for recovery and rebuilding.

Your donation will go directly to those in need. Florence Simpson from the Executive Leadership Team of the LA Unified School District, Division of Food Services, will receive the donations and assist in identifying the staff affected by the Wildfires.
