Caillou's Calling | Vincent's Den
Donation protected
Please help us raise funds for Vincent's new enclosure. Back in March, Vincent escaped his den and began a journey over the next few months that took him to Janesville, Wisconsin. He followed the hiking trails and was eventually captured very carefully & safely thanks to the good people of Janesville & the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin. Because Vincent is a Wolf Hybrid, he is illegal in the State of Illinois, but can be hunted in Wisconson. Vincent started out as a little rolly polly white fluff ball. He was assumed to be a Husky-Malamute mix breed. He grew up playful yet quiet & calm. If he isn't rolling around in fresh straw or playing tag with his Husky dog friend Studley, Vincent is perfectly content laying around observing his surroundings.
Vincent's new enclosure will be a 600SF area surrounded by 15ft fence with a dig-proof barrior set in a partially wooded area. Funds are needed for labor & materials.
We have begun the process for licensing and non-for-profit status for Caillou's Calling Animal Rescue. This rescue is also home to ducks, goats, peacocks, chickens and plenty of kittens/cats available for adoption.
