Cai’s Surgery

My name is Sydney, and my cat, Cai, is the love of my life. Anyone who knows me, knows he is the most important thing to me. He came to me on 11/11/2011 (a literal angel in my life.) and up until now, he hasn’t had many health concerns.

He is now almost 13 years old, and needs emergency dental surgery to remove teeth that are causing major health issues, such as multiple infected abscesses that are causing him pain, and could potentially obstruct his throat and impact his ability to eat, and breathe.

I recently took him to the vet on 05/01/2024, where they gave him antibiotics and recommended the surgery to remove multiple teeth.

Unfortunately, I am unable to afford this expense myself and so I am humbly asking for any help with the cost. In the past year I have been battling chronic illness myself, and I am currently low income, which has caused me to rely on government assistance such as food stamps. I’m unable to open any new credits cards or loans at this time due to the amount of debt I am already in, in trying to support myself and Cai.

It would mean the world to me to receive any kind of donation, as I am extremely worried about Cai and how long it might take to get him the care he needs.
