Caitlin's journey to The Bolshoi Ballet, Russia

Hi, I'm Caitlin.

I have been training for this moment since I was two years old and this year my dream to study dance at The Bolshoi Ballet Academy is coming true. During the summer I was fortunate to spend 6 weeks in New York training with the Bolshoi Ballet Academy program. It was such an amazing opportunity and I learned so much. As a result I have been offered a traineeship starting January 2022 in Russia to further my dance training and education.

Unfortunately scholarships are not available to international students so I am reaching out to my community to help me and my parents fund this. Those who know me well, know that I am a dedicated dancer who has a strong work ethic a desire to be successful, be assured I will take full advantage of this opportunity.

I thank each and every one who supports me on this journey! I am beyond excited (and a little nervous to learn Russian :)
