Caitlin Holmes

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Caitlin Holmes, daugther of TOC member, Heather Rhodes. Caitlin was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of so many and it’s our turn to give back to her family in their time of need. We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Caitlin's family as this passing was completely unexpected.
