Caitlin’s Medical Mission Trip 2022

Hi All! My name is Caitlin and I am an ER nurse for Adventist Health. I recently attended a nursing symposium where I was offered the opportunity to participate in an overseas medical mission in Zambia, Africa (August 2022).

The Adventist Health Global Mission will be partnering with 15 volunteers to provide dental care to a community of nearly 455,000 people who have minimal access to medical or dental resources. As an Emergency Nurse, my responsibilities during this mission will be to provide necessary medical attention to both the mission volunteers and the community members of Zambia.

The goal of $3,400 is the amount needed for sponsorship to attend this mission. This amount will cover ALL my expenses including: flight, transportation, food, and housing during my trip. Any additional funds earned will be donated to the AH Global Mission program to help support future volunteers to attend.
