The Delong Family invites friends

and community members to join them in celebrating the life of Caleb Delong on Sunday, April 16 at the Stueckle Sky Center located on the Boise State University campus at 1200 W University Drive in Boise, Idaho. 

An open house-style celebration will

take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a brief, formal program beginning at 12:30 p.m. to honor Caleb through words, photos, and music of remembrance. Light refreshments will be served. Guests are invited to wear their favorite hoodie sweatshirt or sports

attire to celebrate Caleb’s signature style.

In lieu of flowers, the Delong Family

kindly requests donations to the Idaho Humane Society in Caleb’s memory at  https://idahohumanesociety.org/donate/.

Gifts of new and small stuffed animals will also be collected during the event for the benefit of local children’s nonprofits, hospitals, and first responder agencies to honor Caleb’s love for all animals.

is located in the east and west parking lots located adjacent to the Stueckle Sky Center at Albertsons Stadium. Upon arrival, proceed to Gate F and take the elevators to the sixth floor.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Caleb Delong. Caleb passed in Boise, ID on Monday 4/3/23. Our hearts are with the Delong family during this extremely difficult time. Caleb was a shining light, a school athlete, an amazing stats helper in the high school dugout, and a wonderful brother and son.

The Delongs are a wonderful family involved in the heart of our Timberline High School sports community and we would like to help them during this unthinkable time, with financial assistance for funeral expenses. This is nothing anyone ever anticipates, especially when it comes to their child, but we can be there to help support our friends lay their beautiful son to rest.

In lieu of flowers for the family, they would happily accept stuffed animals as that was one of Caleb's favorite things.
