Hi, my name is Renee. Caleb Martin was my nephew. Caleb passed away unexpectedly last night. We are all in shock and heartbroken. My Sister Tammy needs help to get through this with funeral costs, etc. Anything you could do to help would be greatly appreciated. Caleb will be missed by so many. We hope we can give him a proper goodbye.
