Caleb Mitchell’s Funeral and Memorial Service

It is with extreme sadness that we announce our beloved Caleb Mitchell unexpectedly lost his life on July 8, 2022. He was a wonderful son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. Cane Bay and the surrounding area has been shaken by the tragic death of this courageous 20 year old. Caleb graduated from Cane Bay High School in 2020 and was just beginning his adult life. He was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. He died a hero, protecting his younger brother. 

The Mitchell Family is absolutely devastated by Caleb’s unexpected passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the funeral and memorial service. Linda Mitchell, Caleb’s mother, is an extremely hardworking single mother to three wonderful children. The money raised will go towards Caleb’s funeral and memorial service and other expenses for the family. We want to give Caleb the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

 The Mitchell family is in mourning and are in a time of great need. We need to support each other as a community in these difficult times. Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We are so very grateful for every donation.
