Caleb Rían Moss

We have set up this page in loving memory of beautiful Caleb Rían Moss who grew his angel wings on Thursday 2nd May.

Some of you may be aware of Sarah-Louise and TJ’s story and want to give what you can to help them at this incredibly difficult time.

Caleb was born on 5th January 2023.

His sister Sabrina passed away on July 15th 2021 from a rare condition called Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia (PCH).

Sarah and TJ were informed by doctors that Sabrina’s condition was not genetic and they would be able to have more children without risk.

Sarah and TJ took the brave decision to try for another child and welcomed Caleb into the world last year.

When he was just 10 weeks old, he was rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital after having breathing difficulties. It was then that Sarah and TJ found out that he also had the condition PCH and that his time with us would be limited.

For the 16 months he blessed us with, Sarah and TJ cared for him ever hour of every day, seeing to all his extensive medical needs and providing him with the most amazing selfless love and care.

There are no words that can fully explain the pain and suffering that they have gone through. We are all completely heartbroken that two people could ever have to face this pain not just once, but twice.
