Dear family & friends,

My name is Donna and I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my sweet nephew Caleb, who passed away unexpectedly after his kidney transplant on October 31st.

This was not the outcome that we expected and our family is in shock, trying to understand why we now have to say goodbye.

Caleb was a courageous warrior who fought a brave battle most of his short life and we will miss him terribly.

As we come to terms with Caleb’s passing, Derek and Tara are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. The financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time.
