Caleb’s Cooperstown Dream

My name is Caleb Contreras, and I am 13 years old. I am a competitive athlete more dominantly so in baseball. I have been playing since I was 5 year old (or as my mom would say, in the womb) for both my community recreational team and travel ball. I Currently play for NorCal Hitsquad and approaching the time in my career where I am about to age out and move on to high school baseball. I have recently been invited to play in Cooperstown. What is Cooperstown? Cooperstown is a baseball tournament located in New York. During the summer they offer players the chance to compete against some of the best teams from across the country. The competition and skill of each player will be fierce! Not only will I be able to complete against some of the best my own age, but I will also be able to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame! This invite is an incredible opportunity for me to be able to experience, I have put in a lot of hard work, and the passion I have for the game will never die. To have this offer extended to me is a dream of a lifetime. With tournaments and travel come expenses. I write this request in hopes that with your help I will be able to achieve this dream!
