Caledonia International - Abi, Maddie & Ella

Gymnasts, Abigail, Maddison & Ella from Splitz Gymnastics Club have been selected to represent England at the Caledonia International in April 2024!

The trio are an Acrobatics 11-16 Women's Group partnership from Splitz Gymnastics Club in Weston-super-Mare and have been competing at the FIG level for just 2 months in 2 big competitions this year. (Bristol International Acro Cup + English Championships)

The partnership have been competing together for around a year and a half working along the National pathway, before moving to the FIG pathway this year.

Together, they have competed at Regional, National, International & Invitational competitions and have won many medals together.

Previous to this, the girls have had their own journeys through the club competing in different partnerships in Acrobatics.

Prior to entering the competitive discipline of Acrobatics, Abigail started in General Gymnastics at age 4, Maddison also started General Gymnastics at age 5 and Ella started Pre-School Gymnastics at age 2.

Very quickly after starting the General Gymnastics classes, a passion for Acrobatics started for these three girls!

A dream has become a reality for these 3 Gymnasts, and they are so excited to represent their country next month!

We have set up this Go Fund Me page for them as this event is entirely self funded, so we are looking for support to help get the girls to Scotland next month - Any support is greatly appreciated!
