Calee's Medical Bills

My daughter, Calee Hoover, experienced a cerebral vascular event (blood clot in her brain) and is currently in the hospital. The doctors are trying to reduce her brain's swelling and prevent the clot's migration. The severity of her condition did not need to progress to this point. Calee went to the ER twice within the last week, and she was turned away both times without the hospitals doing any scans. As a former healthcare worker and her mother, this infuriates me!!! Now, her life is at risk; she is stuck with huge medical bills; and she cannot work.

Calee is the type of person that gives and gives to others without a second thought about herself. My beautiful daughter is very involved in her community. She has served as a valued member of our PTO for 10+years and the President for three. She is also a Girl Scout leader. She molds young women into confident and goal-oriented future leaders. All three of her daughters and niece, my granddaughters, have been in her Troop from the beginning for 10+ years. She is the CENTER of many people’s World and is very loved.

One of Calee's biggest passions is the kitchen, where she loves making beautiful, delicious cakes, cupcakes, and treats for any celebration! It would be so humbling to show her the love she shares with others back with her.
