Calhoun Family Support

Chris Calhoun was diagnosed with COVID-19 just after Christmas 2021. He spent all of January 2022 at Christiana Hospital fighting the illness. At times Doctors were very hopeful, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse and Chris' body finally succumbed to the sickness on Monday, January 31st at 3pm.

Due to the nature of the illness, his wife, Melissa, is eligible for a small grant that will allow her to bury her husband, but that's only the beginning. She must now figure out how to continue to live her life and raise her 4-year-old boy without his father. Chris and Melissa lived life and paid bills as a team. Any assistance we can give them financially to cover what her teammate would've contributed will afford them the time to grieve before having to worry about anything more.
