Calistoga HS Band Hawaii Competition Trip

Hello Friends,

We are the Calistoga Music Boosters, a group of students, parents, and educators who work tirelessly to provide the town of Calistoga's future musicians with the education and experiences they need to thrive. One of the ways we do this is through competition trips to enrich students by allowing them to experience the applications of music in areas other than our town. An upcoming trip we'll be taking in order to further this goal is to Hawaii, where the band will be attending the Heritage Festival in March of 2024. There, students will receive professional judging, meet with a professor of music, and immerse themselves in traditional Hawaiian musical culture. A large part of ensuring we can make it there is fundraising. We need to raise $45,000 by the end of January in order to guarantee success. Our generous town has helped out with many causes in the past, and we are hoping that the good citizens of Calistoga may come together again to send our band on this trip.
