Callie with vet visits (for tests) & medication

Donation protected
Hello,
SIX months ago I lost my BFF dog named Diamond. I spent a fortune on tests, repeat tests, specialists etc. In the end, she died from complications to a medication she was on. THREE months after her death as I am tapped out financially and mourning the loss of my dog, now Callie has turned up sick. She was having rapid breathing issues and a seizure or fainting spell, not sure which. I took her to a new vet and she didn't have a diagnosis but several guesses. I put her on Yunnan Baiyao and it helped her to feel better. Only symptom after that was her breathing issue but has been doing fairly well. During this time she stopped shedding completely for 2 months. She hasn't had any more seizures/fainting spell. Last week I decided to go to a different vet. She recommended we do a cushings test although the other vet and this one was not suspecting Cushings. I was cause it made most sense..or this was cancer. I had been giving her supplements for cushings for over a yr. and I will not stop those as I have read comments from people that those supplements were recommended by their vet along with medication that has helped their dog. So we did the test, full blood workup and a Sonogram done by a specialist. It was my house pymt I spent for her. Now I am struggling to pay bills but the test came back showing she DOES have Pituitary Dependent Cushings (meaning a tumor on her pituitary but most likely benign) and most likely thyroid involved as well (T4 low normal and cTSH is high) and while her liver is spotty, it is not cancer. She has high liver numbers which goes with Cushings. Also she has some other numbers on her bloodwork that is raising a red flag. Her platelets and Reticulocyte Hemoglobin is abnormal and some protein in her urine. So not sure what else may be going on but, in 30 days we need to do a recheck on her cortisol levels since today we started her on Vetoryl 10mg. It is $85 for a 15 day supply. $170 for a monthly supply. UGH. In 60 days we do more testing (recheck of cortisol and a 3 panel thyroid test) which is even more money. SO, with that said, I now gotta find money to make my house pymt that's already late plus money to care for Callie. This has overwhelmed me and I have crunched numbers and I just don't see how I will get through this without some sort of help. I am being hit back to back with vet bills and I am trying to help my dog. I have 3 in total. I have one other senior girl as well with back issues but she is doing ok for now. I need to get Callie stable first. For two months she stopped shedding as I was saying and then....her hair just started coming out by the handfuls. She has now lost half of her hair. I am told it will take 2-3 months to start seeing the hair issue stop. Hopefully she won't be bald by then. So now I have to resort to asking for help. I hate it that I have to ask..but this has been a horrible past yr and it isnt letting up on me. If you can help my girl, please anything is better than nothing. Share if you will and donate whatever you can please. I am completely overwhelmed with all of this. When will it stop I ask...this is crazy.
This fundraiser will cover costs of both visits plus 2 months of medication. It does not cover anything else. I will try to come up with money for supplements but this is what she desperately needs right now.
So in 30 days and 60 days and thereafter we will be monitoring this.

I appreciate anything you can do..no matter how small...

Thank you for being here for me for ms Callie!
