Callie on Pais

For the past 2 years I have been given the priviledge of serving on 2 pais teams. Working with a local church and going into the local schools to share the message of hope and to introduce them to Jesus. I have been blessed with the opportunity to mentor students and see them grow in their own faith journey. After these 2 years I knew that God wanted me to continue serving on Pais. He then brought me to where I am now. Serving as the Pais USA Personnel Director. 

As the Personnel Director my role is now to help resource young people that were once like me in their first years of Pais. I am responsible for these young missionaries from the time they apply to the time that they move on from Pais. I get to mentor and teach young leaders and watch them grow in areas that they never felt possible. I help Pais USA with their recruiting, interviews, training and day to day tasks. 

Learning how to resource a non-profit like Pais has been a great experience. I have learned so many new things and been given many great opportunities to teach and lead our group of amazing missionaries. 

I am currently looking for people that would like to come along side of me and be a part of the mission. I am in need of sponsors to help raise my monthly allowance so that I can continue to help spread the Gospel. My monthly support helps me with things like upkeep on my car so that I can travel around to all of our teams or everyday living items like shampoo or medicines. 

I am very thankful for all of the prayers and financial blessings that you have all given me. I love that God has put wonderful people in my life to be on this journey with me.
