At Task Fitness, we believe fitness has the power to do more than just transform bodies — it can uplift communities. That’s why, on May 31st, we're stepping out of the gym and onto The Diamond in Donegal Town, teaming up with Donegal Dragons for a special fundraising event.

Together, we’re raising vital funds for two remarkable causes that touch countless lives across the northwest: North West Hospice and Relay for Life Donegal.

North West Hospice

For those living with life-limiting illnesses, the North West Hospice provides more than just medical care — it offers dignity, comfort, and support when it’s needed most. Serving Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, and beyond, this team delivers specialist palliative care in homes, hospitals, and their dedicated hospice unit.

But they can’t do it alone.

Each year, they rely heavily on community donations to bridge the funding gap and ensure every patient receives the care they deserve, regardless of circumstance.

Relay for Life Donegal

Relay for Life isn’t just an event — it’s a movement of hope. This 24-hour relay brings people together to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones, and support ongoing research through the Irish Cancer Society.

Funds raised help provide free cancer support services, fund life-saving research, and advocate for better cancer care. In Donegal, the Relay has become a powerful symbol of unity and resilience.
