Calvin and Kaye Johnson are a married couple who live in Iuka, Mississippi. They are the most selfless people you will ever meet. On Halloween Night 2019, they lost everything they owned in a house fire. They left that night with just the clothes on their backs and a few photos that were salvaged from the fire before the house was completely engulfed in flames.
Calvin gets up at 4 am every weekday morning and goes to McDonald's to drink his coffee and eat his breakfast. He then heads over to his son's house to make sure his grandchildren catch the school bus. He then leaves from there and heads to every nursing home and assisted living home in Iuka where he visits the residents to brighten their day. He also visits the hospital daily as a hope of encouraging those that are hurting.
Kaye is one of the sweetest, most giving people as well. Kaye is known around town as the one of the most dependable sitters. You see, Kaye sits with the elderly and those that aren't able to take care of themselves. Both Kaye and Calvin have servants' hearts and have helped so many people over the years and this is a chance for all of us to give back to them!
These funds will be used to help Calvin and Kaye with any needs that may arise. They lost everything in the fire so they are in need of everything you could possibly imagine.
