Calvin Kelley- Unsolved Murder, DNA Testing

7 years ago, during the early morning hours in October of 2015, Calvin Kelley’s life was devastatingly taken too soon.

Calvin age 21, regularly walked home along the railroad tracks. On this particular day after leaving a concert, he was spotted lying motionless on a stretch of tracks by a Union Pacific Conductor in Auburn, Ca. Unable to stop in time, the train struck his body that was lying within the rails. Miraculously he lived but was left in extremely critical condition. Despite all the damage to his body from the train, there was a very clear boot impression on his side. This left hospital personnel and his loved ones to suspect foul play. He never regained consciousness but continued to fight the best he could, enduring numerous brain surgeries and operations to put his broken body back together. Unfortunately, after spending 4 weeks in a coma, he passed away from his injuries.

An amazing father of a little girl, an only son to his devastated parents, a loving brother to his two sisters, and a best friend to hundreds of locals and music followers across the country. He was the life of the party and the one that would make your day a little brighter just by being himself.

The family has been in contact with a lab in Texas that can test Calvin’s clothing for foreign DNA. These forensic analyses can find even the most microscopic blood spatters left on his personal belongings. Thus proving that Calvin was assaulted prior to being placed on the tracks and ultimately leading the authorities to who did this unspeakable act.

I am hoping that with your help, these tests can be done.

His parents are raising Calvin’s daughter with her other set of grandparents and funds are slim. Any amount will help. Please anything! We cannot bring him back, but we can bring him JUSTICE!
