Calvin Vang

As many of you are aware, Sa Vang, a coworker, teammate, and friend has been faced with some real adversity outside of work over the past 12 months. Sa has been a part of the Beacon family for more than two decades and has time and time again shown herself to be a dedicated, hard-working and caring colleague. She never hesitates to lend a hand to help others in need and lead those around her with a selfless approach and we are offering up this opportunity for those that feel inclined to return the favor.

On top of losing her mother and aunt in the past year, sadly her husband Calvin, was diagnosed with cancer and passed away less than one year after diagnosis in May of 2023. Sa is working through the loss of Calvin both emotionally and financially as she looks to properly celebrate his life, lay him to rest, and continue to be the sole provider for their six children. This GoFundMe will allow us to come together as a Beacon family to give back to someone who has become more of a friend or family member than a coworker or teammate. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Sa to help her and her children through this difficult time.
