Calvin Wijeweera Foundation

Calvin was 17 years old when he tragically lost his life in an accident while walking with his friends near his school. Calvin was a bright student at the school and aspiring to be an aerospace Engineer. He was an active community member excelling in sports, community, and cultural events. He is remembered forever for his kindness, empathy, and exemplary behavior. At the North Parramatta Sinhala School (NPSS), he was a loved student and provided yeoman service to school programs.

Calvin had spent most of his life with his friends, family, and community members. His glamour and brotherhood are remembered in everyone’s hearts forever.

We appreciate your thoughtfulness and ask for prayers so his family may find peace concerning this tragedy. NPSS is supporting raising funds for Calvin Wijeweera Foundation to sponsor disadvantaged children in Sri Lanka who are aspired to be Engineers. In addition, the Sinhalese Cultural Forum of NSW (SCF), youth groups and the Sinhalese community join hands with this worthy cause in memory of our beloved Calvin
