cam needs jaw surgery!

hello beautiful people,

i know there are so many other people who are crowdfunding for much more emergent reasons.

i didn't want to have to do this at all because i am extremely extremely bad at asking for help. (i am actively in tears right now as i type this, all because of that fact, to be honest.)

i'm here because i've had this constant pain involving my jaw for months.

i've seen multiple specialists and they three have come to the conclusion that i'll need surgery.

so here i am. because i'm on state insurance, the surgery isn't covered at all. my savings, like so many others', has been depleted through COVID.

with this pain, it's almost impossible to function. impossible to work, impossible to eat, painful to speak. it's become difficult to simply live my life. it also makes it all the more difficult to manage my other chronic conditions.

also, i feel i have to say, i've exhausted all other options.

i very badly need this surgery and could use help. anything extra would be used to cover costs of healing and time off from work.
