Camacho Family House Fire Recovery

Joaquin and Evelia Camacho and their family suffered a major loss on Saturday night, March 5th. A fire started in the basement of their Peoria home and spread throughout much of the upper levels of the house. We are so thankful that everyone was able to safely escape and no one suffered any injuries, including the firefighters.

However, the home suffered $120,000 in estimated damage and they have been displaced.

Eleven years ago Joaquin was able to save a woman and her pets from her home that was unbeknownst to her engulfed in flames and was celebrated for his heroics. Thankfully he was able to save his own family this time.

Please consider helping Joaquin and his family as they rebuild their home and will need to replace most of its contents.   Thank you for helping out this man and his family in their time of need.
