Camas family needs our help
Donation protected
On October 14th Camas High School sent out a text that touched on all parents' fear, that there were 2 teens in a serious accident on the way to school that morning. For one mom, the fear was a reality as she was delayed in traffic only to learn it was her children in the accident.
The night before the Higgins family was celebrating a 16th birthday and a new driver in the family and then that day they watched their 14 year old son be removed from the car with the jaws of life and unresponsive. Their new driver was able to escape with minor injuries. And, they are beyond thankful that after several surgeries, much pain, sleepless nights and strong determination that he is now doing much better and not only home and back in school.
And, here is where we can come together as a community to rally together to help them out. This has been a large financial set back for the family. Taking time off work to stay at the hospital around the clock as well as the medical bills which are piling up, has made a stressful time even more stressful.
All donations will go directly to the Higgins family.
