Cambria County Household Hazardous Waste Disposal

Each year the Cambria County Solid Waste Authority holds an event for the proper disposal of household hazardous waste. The averaged home contains 100 lbs of chemicals which can be harmful if not properly disposed. The event gives residents an opportunity to remove such unwanted chemicals from their home by accepting 30,000 lbs of chemicals annually.
