I am Cameron Orme a Life scout of Troop 1168 in Leesburg Virginia. I am working on my Eagle Scout Project. It is a project to construct a safety ballistic wall for the training range (340 Defense) 
used by not only the community but by a scout venture crew for all of their training as well. It is important to construct this wall to keep each group safe from the other group. It requires lots of work and material to build. Wood, cement, gravel, bolts, washer, nuts but also lots of tools and hard work. I would like to start this project as soon as possible so any donation is appreciated. I will use the funds to purchase building supplies. I will also ask for and look for the best cost in an effort to get the best deal to ensure the funding is used to the best of my ability and to be used wisely. I will also be completing a shed for the facility to store supplies and equipment used on the training range. These additions will greatly enhance the safety and the security for those who utilize this training facility,
