Help Cameron's Family!

Donation protected

I was heartbroken to learn that one of the greatest people I have ever met, Cameron Oates, is living in a homeless shelter with his Mother and sisters. Cameron and his family endured awful racism from their former landlord and eventually were kicked out of their apartment 4 months ago. The family is currently taking legal action against the landlord, and in the meantime are trying to find a place to stay permanently.

There is no one in this world who deserves a home more than Cameron. I know I am not the only one who would describe Cameron as an angel on earth. I have known him since I was 16 and he would always walk me to class which was the highlight of my day, everyday.

Cameron was born with brain damage yet is still the hardest working, most determined person I've ever met. He NEVER missed school, is constantly helping out various sports teams at Sierra college, and currently works at Pride Industries. I have never met a person more willing to offer a helping hand or a word of encouragment to someone in need.

Additionally, Cameron's Father passed away when he was 5 years old which meant he became the man of the house for his Mother and his 2 triplet sisters. Despite the hardships Cameron has endured in his life, he is ALWAYS positive, kind, and caring towards others. I know I speak for many when I say Cameron has inspired me to be a better, more grateful person. Everyone who has the honor to meet him knows exactly what I'm talking about; he is an absolute gift in lives of everyone he encounters.

We are all so fortunate to live in a world with Cameron, because he truly makes it a better place. The least we can do is support him in his hard time the same way he has always loved and supported us. Please donate anything you can to help his family cover the cost of moving expenses, a deposit for a new place, and legal fees. Even a dollar helps!

I really appreciate you taking the time to read this. I will continue to update as his family is getting back on their feet.

Thank you!!
