Cameron’s family during challenging time.

Hey All-

My name is Alyssa and this boy pictured here is my amazing nephew. Cameron is 12 years old and having a really hard time. He’s been admitted to the children’s hospital in Portland after not being able to hold any kind of food or fluid intake. We are coming up on 2 weeks now and they are running every test but still have no answers. He is currently set up with a feeding tube and missing home desperately.

Obviously my sister and her husband are extremely stressed with the emotionally overwhelming feeling of watching their child suffer. In addition they are out of paid time off. As much as they hate to ask, they could use some financial assistance in addition to thoughts and prayers. This would help offer some relief so their focus can remain solely on being there for Cameron.

Cameron is also the big brother of Noah and Milo. We’ve been splitting time amongst the family making sure the boys have been as uninterrupted as possible but this long into it, that’s getting harder to do.

They still have no answers or expected time for him to leave so we are at the point of asking for help.
