Stand with Joy- medical funds

On September 2, 2017-20 year old Joy Merritt, a student in dental college, and a CNA with a huge heart for her patients, was travelling home from her full time job at a nursing home. As she rounded a curve on a winding, county road... there were two elderly women walking. Joy lost control of the vehicle trying to not hit the women walking. Her jeep rolled numerous times...Below are the photos from the accident. Please be aware these are not easy for us to see... however, the severity of her needs outweighs the unsettling photos. Thank you to Maury County Fire Department for the quick response and the information provided:
She broke many bones, including her neck. Within a week, Joy has undergone surgery for scars, having staples in the back of her head, and now she is fighting to gain mobility in her lower extremities. Joy underwent spinal surgery the day after the accident. The surgery went well...but she is bruised, and surgeons had to take out a vertbrae that was crushed.
Surgeons told the family that there may be at least 18-24 months of rehabiltation for Joy in the future.
Please help Joy, her family, her extended family and fiance to gather some financial stability.
