Camp Mont Shenandoah Virtual Camp 2020

We are heart broken to have decided not run Camp Mont Shenandoah this summer. Simply put, the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to confront distinct challenges: the first is to provide for our campers the CMS summer experience that all of us love and cherish. The second was to do that safely. We had tried to figure out a way to meet both of these challenges. In the end, cancelling camp this summer seemed to us to have been the only choice.

We have decided that we will run a "Virtual Camp Mont Shenandoah 2020" for our campers.  This will require counselors and supplies and time.  We have big ideas and want to include as many counselors as we can in executing our ideas that include a Christmas in July, Wishing Boats, JC Church, unique summer 2020 t-shirts for all, and even a virtual Final Banquet.

Please support this effort - every dollar raised will be used to create the best virtual camp for our campers to cherish and be one for the history books! We are SO grateful for all of our campers, families, and alums offers to help - this support will mean the world to us and this year's camp family.
