It’s a tough journey for Rami Reddy, a 30 year old orphan software engineer of KPIT Technologies based in Bangalore, India. Being an orphan, Rami Reddy faced many hardships in his life for his survival, managing his academics till he finally secured a job as a software engineer. He married Lakshmi Kala in 2018 and was blessed with a baby boy – Ram Teja.
To their dismal fate, their son Ram Teja was diagnosed with a rare heart disease which requires an open heart surgery. When Ram Teja was 7 months old, the Ram Reddy couple managed to gather all their savings for the first open heart surgery which costed them 10 lakh Indian rupees, but due to the age factor, the surgery did not go as intended and there developed another complication in the heart for which he needs to be operated again. Now Ram Teja is 11 months old struggling and battling for his life and he needs to be operated again within a month. The couple are undergoing a hard phase of their life to gather money for their only son’s surgery without any family background when the world is battling with COVID-19. The couple are finding it difficult to gather 10 lakh rupees in such a short span of time despite COVID-19 and they are trying every means available to get Ram Teja out of this health condition safely. I appeal to all people out there to help the couple save their son by donating any amount which can help him enjoy the fruits of life like us all.
